Shipping policy

Delivery is made by one of our shipping partners (DHL or GLS). Your packages are insured and are shipped in standard delivery time, depending on your national residence. On the day of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are clearly displayed in the cart. However, they are exclusive of all eventual additional product surcharges!

Our prices are in EUROS and include the statutory value-added tax.
For an order value of 150€ and above we do not charge shipping.

Germany
For shipping costs, postage, and packaging, we charge a one-time, proportional flat fee of 6.95€ per order within Germany.

EU States
For delivery to EU member states we charge a proportional fee as follows:
0 - 0.45Kg              6.95€ 
0.46Kg – 1,5Kg     14.95€

Norway and Switzerland
0 - 0.45Kg              9.95€ 
0.45Kg – 1,5Kg     24.95€
