Sink Tips
Sink tips are one of those pieces of kit that quietly transform your fishing. Swap the right tip onto your line and suddenly you're fishing the fly at exactly the right depth — in the zone where the fish are holding, not drifting over their heads. For sea trout, salmon, and any species that demands a subsurface presentation, getting your tip choice right is as important as the fly itself.

Floating Tips
Floating tips are the unsung heroes of the Skagit system. They let you fish a dry fly, a skating pattern, or a surface presentation on a Skagit or Commando head — giving you the versatility to cover the full water column with a single setup. Particularly effective for sea trout at night, salmon on the surface in low summer water, and anywhere fish are looking up.
We carry two excellent options: the OPST Commando Floating Tips, designed specifically for single hand rods and Micro Skagit setups, and the OPST SHS Floating Tips, built for Skagit and Commando heads on switch and two-handed rods. Both are available in multiple lengths to suit different casting styles and water types.
Tippet Material
The connection between your fly and your leader matters more than most anglers realise. We carry tippet material built for the demands of European river fishing — from ultra-fine fluorocarbon for clear-water trout and grayling, to heavy-duty monofilament for salmon, sea trout, and pike in abrasive conditions.
Our OPST Mega Strong Mono in Stealth Brown is particularly effective in peaty and sandy-coloured rivers, blending naturally into the water column. The OPST Mega Strong Fluorocarbon offers near-invisibility for clear-water situations where leader shyness is a real concern.
